Getting 'Cannot read property 'vendor' of undefined' error during registrationg

Is there anyone else able to create Payflow sandbox account (https://registration.paypal.com/welcomePage.do?mode=try). I'm always getting the following error in the browser console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'vendor' of undefined.
