I have an account I was using to test, but when I have done with that and want to make it live, whenever I switch it over to live from sandbox, it won't stay on live. That is to say, I click "live" then navigate away from the page or refresh the page and it has gone back to sandbox again. Have I missed something? What's going on please? It actually worked twice after toggling to live but for some reason, it now always goes back to sandbox.
