I'm selling and buying stamps on Ebay for several years. This year I found out that PP charging extra fees on buyers taxes, that were introduced in most states in summer 2019. Ebay reported to PP the total balance of sale with tax, and PP charge fees (in my case 2.9%) from this total and than substract
this tax for Ebay. So PP overcharge me about $30-40 a year (based on my selling activity). It should be stopped somehow, one of the possible way is to give refund for returning to Ebay sale tax.
