If you have a web page setup, you can add a Buy Now item button or an Add to Cart item button whereas your guests can go there and pay - they would be redirected to the PayPal Checkout Screens, there they would have a choice to pay as a guest with a credit card or setup PayPal account if they don't already have one. Assuming you have a Personal Account, here's one way you can create the type of button code to use. There are no fees for the guest to pay however, there are for you - 2.9% plus $.30 on the total amount of each transaction - this will be deducted first and the remaining balance is deposited into your Account Balance.
