With a zero balance in my account and 2 links (credit card and bank account), I can't purchase and print a shipping label for an item I sold and for which payment has been made. I continue to get Error 50023 and 50027. I thought that with links to other sources of funds that you could still shop, buy, pay for things through Paypal. What's up?
