I get this message when trying to create a shipping label via USPS through Ebay for a customer that has paid for a purchase. 

Error creating label: We could not complete the payment with PayPal. Please check your PayPal setup, such as funding sources, and try again.

I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing with your eBay Shipping Label.

It sounds like it's an issue with the funding source that is linked to your subscription for eBay Shipping Labels, go to this page for more details on how to update: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/faq1414.

Alternatively, you can also create discounted shipping labels with PayPal Shipping.

The link you provided does not work.

The problem is print label from Ebay. Not from Paypal.

Many peoples have this problem since 2015. No resolution yet.

Print USPS label from Paypal is ok. But some times more expensive than Ebay.
