Enable Guest payments

Every set of instructions points me to the same; Profile > Selling Preferences > Website Payment Preferences > PayPal Account Optional

 

But since Paypal has updated the look of my paypal page, when I go to my profile/settings there is ONLY 'Login and Security' and Personal Information'. There is no place for me to update selling preferences and it's quite frustrating.

If the issue persists,

Would you mind opening a ticket to our Merchant Technical Support: https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US

 

This way, we could have a look at your integration and verify your profile settings together. I will try to pick up the ticket myself.

Thank you. Yes it looks like I had 'paypal account otpional' turned on the whole time, so it IS possible for guest payments. I should have figured it was the mistake of the potential customer. I have it all sorted out now. They created an account to pay now with their credit card and it was quick and easy.
