Ebay Shipping Calculator

It has been about a year since I sold on Ebay.  When I calculated shipping cost before listing my item, it is totally different than the price that is showing when the items sells.  Trying to figure out how I can update it.  Any help would be appreciated.

No idea about ebay fees as they are a totally separate company and this is paypals forum, try checking ebay fees on their site?
