Having the same issue today, 4/16/2020 as of 6PM PST.
I ran into the issue last night on 4/15/2020 and followed some suggestions from old community boards to log out/log back in.. and that helped temporarily. However today - the log in/log out method didn't work. Tried with Chrome and Safari browser.
Really need to print some labels for non-ebay items. Let me know if anyone has a solution.
