Duplicate refund

I received two refund payments of $3.17 for a shipping overpayment.  One from PayPal one from ebay.  How do I refund one of these?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community forums for assistance. I'm glad that you received a refund for overspending on a shipping label but I'm sorry to hear about the double refund ordeal! If a correction is necessary, either PayPal or eBay will make the necessary adjustment sometime in the future. If you have the option to refund a payment, it would be visible by clicking on the transaction details when reviewing the payment on a desktop computer or mobile web browser. If not, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
