We're using WooCommere and charging a flat rate for shipping. Most transactions are fine but, occasionally, PayPal adds an additional shipping charge. This is killing orders.

It seems like this 'resource' is just a giant "**bleep** you, we don't give a crap about your problems but here are some meanless things that you can do to never have your questions answered or your problems solved."
Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to contact a live human to solve these problems? As sellers, we pay A FORTUNE to use PayPal but PayPal doesn't seem to give two sh*ts about us.
Absolutely futile.
