I am trying to set up a donation account for an organization in Serbia. I have found a page for this type of account, but on US PayPal. No such page in Serbian PayPal.
What do I do? The organization is making a fund-raising campaign, and would benefit of PayPal donate button on their web site. Low fees would help them keep the fund-raising costs low, and put a big Humanitarian project on its feet.
Please help. I will provide any necessary information .
