Customs label needed to send to Europe, but nowhere to put customs details on Paypal postage

Unable to print the requested postage label at this time. The following error occurred.

Please provide the customs details to proceed.

The problem is that there is no facility to add the customs details !

Sending from United Kingdom to Germany, and customs labels need to be put on packages from today, 1st January 2021

Using the Royal Mail site has got to be slightly better than paying at cash at the post office.

Paypal might get it sorted in the next few days as its a right pain having to pay cash when you've got money in the paypal account.

I'm getting this too - Is everyone?  Why in God's name is this happening?  It's not like we have not known that the UK is leaving Europe ****for 4 bl&^dy years****!

And I do not see how this is 'solved' by having to spend 10 times longer filling out the details on RM's site - So can someone *UN*-solve it please - until it is properly fixed?!!!
