Preparing to ship a package to Canada via USPS First Class Package International. In the value column I enter $15. There are four items, so the total should be $60. When I print the label it says $240. What happened?
I actually shipped my item, not noticing the glitch, and the package was returned to me because it was above the import exemption. I am attempting to get a refund now because the label cost me over $162.
The "workaround" was to put (1) for the quantity and the final price for each item as the price instead of individually pricing. I put the real item quantity in the box with the item description.
