Called PayPal tech support who are looking into the issue, but this is concerning. I manually sent my invoices for this month and every single customer is saying they didn't get them. The 'remind' function isn't working either. Is anyone else having this issue? I've been using the invoice feature for years, and never had this problem before.
Yes, I had 3 invoices go out yesterday not one was received by clients. I also did a test invoice to myself, didn't receive this test invoice either..
I found a workaround solution until PayPal fixes this. Go to the invoices page and use the drop down box next to the invoice and choose 'share link'.
Copy the link and send it to the customer. This will allow them to go directly to the invoice and pay in their web browser.
Anyone knows of a solution to this?
