I'm very new and just opened a business account for an online photo repair business. I need to know if I can have PayPal hold my customer's payment in "Pending" until he has approved my work, and when he has approved the work I can then release the hold so the funds will be applied to my account.
I would like to tell my customers that they won't be charged until the photos are approved, but I still would like for the customer to have paid upfront so I can proceed. I hope this make sense.

Paypal doesn't offer escrow.
The only time a payment is pending in your account is under the 'new seller hold'.
