I want to know if it's possible to create shipping labels from PayPal if my account has a non US address. Everytime I go to PayPal.com/shipnow it displays this message: "We are not ready with our new Shipping experience yet, stay tuned".
Could it be because of my address or maybe cause I have a business acount? Maybe it's just a PayPal bug, anyways I appreciate any help.
