Create or edit sandbox accounts not working

Hello,

i can not create any sandbox test accounts at all. No matter what i fill out, the button "Create Account" ist greyed out.

Also, i can not change the password of the two existing default accounts.

Does someone can help me?

Hello,

I've tested account creation this morning (1st November) and I was able to create an account on the first attempt and it was created successfully.

In regards to changing the password on the two default accounts, if you cannot do this due to an error, delete the accounts and create new ones.

I was able to create new accounts via bulk upload, but deleting results in error id: 7f5ae4d0e61a9.
