I continue to get this message when trying to create a shipping label: Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023.
I have a credit card and back account linked, and a balance in my account.
I am able to create a shipping label for some people, but others I get this rejection.
