Cost of Shipping Not Showing Up For Customer Review Prior Purchase.

Our customers are not seeing the shipping cost prior to purchase an item. Only after they make the payment do they see what the total is with shipping. 

Are there settings that I'm not seeing that disable the view of shipping cost? Or maybe does this have to do with using a shopping cart vs a buy now button?

I'm using basic PayPal code with my business account on my own website www.aspheaders.com , no additional merchant services.

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us.
