So I have a situation that I have been trying to figure out, our store was created through shopify. We added paypal express but the problem it shows another username for paypal when people check out.So people get confused and think its a scam.
Now our paypal is linked to our other businesses so basically we have 3 different emails we can use to login to a single paypal account.
Example: We sell toothbrushes under brand C and can login in through paypal under sales@brandc but upon the receipts issued the money says it went to sales@BrandA (educational company) which was the original email that we used on paypal before linking brand C and brand B, how can i get it to show sales@brandc and not at brand A
is there any way, hopefully that make sense?
