Apparently it's easy to chat online with a member of PayPal without having to wait 45min-1hour15minutes. Just go to the contact page and punch yourself in the face because the chat does not exist.
Oh and after you do wait 1hour15 minutes on the phone to speak with an agent, she will not understand anything she is talking about and tell you 100 different things that don't work or make any sense. And then tell you she is going to escalate the call and not to hang up so she can hang up on you. hahaha how funny is that. Take that. I felt like I was at the DMV.
