Community I have some questions.
One of the 501c3's I represent phoned this evening to say that the Treasurer of the group had suddenly passed away.
- The board never had log-in information for PayPal
- Obviously, we need to change the email associated with the account
- Is there help available from PayPal if the President of the Board were to contact someone via phone at PayPal?
We are at a loss of not only for our friend and Treasurer, but we have financial issues that need to be resolved very quickly because of money taken in for donations and events the 501c3 has planned.
Does anyone have suggestions for us how to handle this situation?
