Customer paid through Paypal. Shipping costs outside of the U.S. were not included.

How can I capture additional funds for shipping costs after sale is completed

You could refund (but you would not get your paypal fee refunded) and get them to pay a new total OR you can ask them to send the extra by sending them a money request again.
