Cannot save or send invoices. Error logo url invalid

After years of no problems sending PayPal invoices, I cannot save or send invoices, getting the message "Logo Url Invalid". I have no logo on the invoice templates not have I ever added one. I have seen this problem posted by others, but have not seen a resolution. Help!
