Hello. New to this community. I'm attempting to print a media mail USPS label, and have the postage calculated via the 'shipping' process here in PayPal. However, it continues to tell me that this functionality is not available. I've set up a business account, which is what 'help' informed me to do, but it is still not providing me with a postage recommendation. Any assistance is appreciated.
