Hi! Does anyone know how to cancel an active invoice? A couple has cancelled their event, paid their deposit, which is non-refundable, but has a remaining balance that I need to cancel for record keeping.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
