So, if I want to mail a package to a friend, do I need to have an actual transaction thru Paypal or eBay or can I simply enter the address somewhere and create a shipping label?
PayPal has a feature called MultiOrder Shipping whereas you can purchase and print a shipping label for any purpose however, I believe it's only for USPS. For UPS labels, you would have to use their site.
