So I used the link https://www.paypal.com/?cmd=_ship-now and tried to make a UPS label. I have accounts linked and pay for things just fine otherwise. For some reason paypal now says you have insufficient balance and won't print labels instead of charging me using one of my payment methods.
Is there a fix for this or am now locked out of printing labels?
