Can't access MultiOrder Shipping page anymore

Hello,

I can't access MultiOrder shipping page anymore after Paypal restructured their site URLs. I have a business account and it used to work fine for many years. Even this FAQ page suggests that it's available under Tools (https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ3556) menu item - that is not visible for me.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Or had you faced it earlier? If yes, appreciate if you can help to show the workaround.
