CAN CREATE A "BUY NOW" BUTTON BUT ONCE EMBEDDED, IT DOESN'T TAKE PAYMENTS

Afternoon PayPal Community.  The title provided is pretty self-explanatory.  I have created new buttons and embedded the new codes in new HTML boxes to get around the issue with no luck.  Trying to see if anyone else is having this issue?
