I billed the buyer and they paid. The screen that comes up in activity only has a cancel the transaction button. There is no Print button for me to print a label. The buyer emailed me her address. Is it ok to take to post office and mail it ? I don't want to do anything wrong.

How did you bill the buyer? Either there is a glitch or the buyer deliberately selected "No Address Needed" from the shipping address menu during payment process.
Use this to print a postage label: https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
