My buttons have disappeared. I looked under ALL TOOLS. Where are they now?

Did you click Integrate PayPal on the left side bar when you click All Tools?
If it's not even located there then use this link (log on first):

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
