Block payments

Hi guy I can't access the block payment menu I'm getting this error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." Can someone assist me please

Login to your account.

Then copy and paste the above link into your web browser's address bar and then press enter.

I'm also having this problem.

I can navigate to 'Seller P'references' and can see the 'Block Payments' and the 'Update' link but am faced with "Sorry — your last action could not be completed"  when I click it.

It goes to my account summary with no link to change the block payments setting.

 

Is it because I have a personal account not a business account?? (I'm changing this as per instruction from twickets.live)

I have a Premier account and I'm having the same problem... it worked fine a few weeks ago. I sent Paypal support and e-mail now I'm waiting for the response.

 

It's really disappointing if it's gone for good because this is the only Paypal feature that offered some seller protection.
