Last year, I gave a lady, who I did not know from my church, some money through Paypal. I believed she was desperate. She continued to make requests, and I reluctantly gave her money until I came to believe I was being scammed. I asked her to stop in writing three times. I said I would not send more money. Now she requests money from me almost daily. I have sent her several email asking her to stop, but she continues. I am not sure she even reads the notes I send. How can I block her from requesting money from my account?
