Big Fee Charge

Amount I transferred is 69.2USD

But I got charged a FEE of 7.42USD on top of it

total of 76.62USD

Please advise if I can refund this money back or where is it from or why is it too high.

Or if I can still reverse the payment and get all of it back with the fees.

There is an exchange rate + PayPal fee. Are you buying something or sending personal payment?

Its a personal payment. Isn't it supposed to be at 4.4% ?
