When a buyer paid using method other than Paypal and I ship the item using Paypal, how can I automatically send shipping confirmation to the buyer? Is there a way to send the shipping information to the buyer through paypal?
Thank you for your question. If the transaction was not through PayPal, transaction management options (such as communication with the buyer) would not be available.
