I hope someone can help met, I find it difficult to actually contact anyone at PAYPAL during the COVID-19 restrictions.
A customer of mine, on a subscription payment, missed a billing cycle due to a credit card that had expired. The customer had added his new credit card credentials and I want to catch-up that one billing cycle now. I have gone into the payment in PAYPAL and I have enabled "Auto bill outstanding payments".
Does anyone know when this will now be billed?
I certainly would like to collect payment right away, without jeopardizing the recurring payment settings.
