Am I covered for the Return Shipping Refund?

Hi!

I have activated Paypal's Return Shipping Refund option. I am about to pay for goods from China that I bought via email, not via E-bay or the like. Are my goods still covered for return if I purchase them though a sales rep on email, as opposed to online? The invoice has been sent to me via PayPal.

You should be covered as long as you log in to pay for the transaction using your paypal account.
