Address on receipt not the same as selected shipping address = Unhappy customer

Hi there!

I'm having Problems with a client's e-commerce store;

Customer enters a gift shipping address on website. Customer checks out with Paypal.

Customer receives receipt from Paypal with their personal address and freaks out that order will be sent to that address.


We need to have customer enter address on website as we manually restrict the delivery area, so checking out and filling address in PP is not an option.

How do we have Paypal attach a note on the receipt with the delivery address for the order/no delivery address at all? (Or any other solution!)

We are having a high volume of people concerned about their orders going to the right place, we would appreciate some advice!
