I had a buyer offer to reimburse me for some additional shipping charges but I cannot send him a request for payment since I do not have an email address and his ebay user name does not come up within the search in the PayPal nor does his name which is the name he used to pay me originally. He cannot provide his email in ebay without getting blocked. Any ideas as to how I can forward him the request? Thanks!
