Adding shipping info after voiding a shipping label

I had to void a shipping label and create a new label but now I can't figure out how to add new tracking info.  It doesn't have a spot to add tracking info.

Thanks for reaching out! Here’s how to add your tracking information or change the order status:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find the payment you want to add the information to then click Add Tracking Info.
3. Fill in the information, and then click Save.

After you click Save, the buyer receives an email to let them know that you entered the shipment tracking information for this transaction (if applicable). The email includes the tracking number, order status, and shipping company.

If you do not see that option to update that tracking info, you can reach out to our Customer Support over the phone where any agent should be able to update that tracking information for you.
