Adding items to draft invoice in paypal business iOS app

I need to be able to add items to saved invoices, which is certainly possible on the web but apparently not on the iOS business app. Am I missing something? When I go to the edit the invoice in the app I can only make changes to existing line items.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
