I'm new to PayPal and the community. Im trying to pay for shipping to send out an EBay order. Despite having both a bank acct. and credit card linked in my PayPal acct. I keep getting an err saying "not enough funds in my acct." Rest assured there is plenty of $$ in both accts.
Do I need to upgrade or change accts. to be able to inject cash??
