I want to know the fees and charges when I am accepting USD payment from an oversea buyer. Is it 3.6% + fixed fee? So if a buyer deposit $9000 into my USD account, how much a fees and charges? Is it ($9000 x 3.6%) + fixed fee? And how much is fixed fee?
