When I try and transfer money from my PayPal USD account to my Toronto Dominion bank USD account PayPal insists on converting the currency to CDN$ and charging an insane % fee!
Is there any way to transfer money from my USD PayPal account to my Toronto Dominion USD account in USD?
Or is this service not offered because of the monopoly Paypal has in the market?
