Having the same issue. I can print USPS, but not UPS.

It started early last week, then seemed to work again, now it's completely frustrating. Orders are pilling up...

still not working. Im afraid im going to have to take my packages in and have them shipped. Going to lose A LOT on shipping. I left a message in technical problems section.  No response.
