I sold an item on eBay and they calculated the shipping price to be $11, on top of the winning bid price, however I only received the the bidder price and I haven’t received the money I spent on shipping.
That sounds frustrating. I recommend contacting eBay about that issue. If they're unable to resolve it, you could send an invoice to the buyer for the shipping fee.
