I received a paypal invoice from a musician I booked for an event via the Gigsalad booking platform. Once paid he disappeared before the event. I contacted Gigsalad first. They investigated and found out he had no-showed for several previous events. However, because he invoiced me through paypal, they couldnt offer a refund. Are there any options with Paypal?
