Hi,
I have a business account, based in India. I am trying to send an invoice to a US customer, but I cannot do so. I am getting the message that " You can not send invoices to customers in India".
Though my customer is US-based, so not sure what's wrong. I have received payments using Paypal from customers outside India many times before.
Is this a system issue or something wrong with my account. I tried reaching the customer service number but that is also coming up as an invalid number.
Please advise?
